Welcome to Baldersnäs Manor! An idyllic gem on a peninsula in beautiful Dalsland.

We are now looking for you - our new Head Waiter. With wonderful colleagues, you will ensure that our guests receive top-notch service. Our guests come here to enjoy. We host a large number of weddings, conferences, events, and for those who want to add a touch of luxury to their everyday life.

Your main task will be to serve food and drinks to our guests. You have a great interest in both food and drinks and can match them in a way that makes taste buds dance. You will also ensure that we have the right staffing in the restaurant and that the work flows smoothly. You are responsible for purchasing drinks, materials, and some snacks.

Who you are:

Have good knowledge of wine, beer, and other beverages
Have a strong sense of cleanliness, order, and tidiness
Are meticulous and flexible
Have a positive attitude and a fast pace
Want to deliver top-class service
Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and master English. If you speak additional languages, it's an advantage.
